Baterra

Baterra is a Kaiju that resides mostly around Pacific islands and Oceania area it is mostly inactive during the day but becomes more active in the presence of the moon. Its is said to be a Moon God channeling lunar energy through its body it is possible that the sight of this is the reason many pacific cultures tattoo their bodys it could be seen as a sign of respect.

Baterra can spew white fire from its nose it is known as Lunar Fire it isnt hot it is however cold to the point of freezing small parts of the ocean. If Baterra gets enough lunar energy it can fire a powerful beam from its mouth said beam is blinding to look at and can be focused to cut through most earth based materials

Baterra is large at 98 meters however it weighs less than you might think as Baterra has an assortment of hollow bones to assist with flight so it weighs 75000 tons much of its skeleton is formed by cartilage like a shark.

Baterra has a duel ended tail it uses like an arm when in flight Baterra is very dexterous with this appendage. Instead of emerging from the waist like most tails Baterras comes from just bellow the shoulders offering more torck when needed. Baterra is very sensitive to sound much like a bat but also has very good eyesight because of its four eyes

Baterra considers itself a guardian of the earth an ancient being brought to the surface when the island of Aotearoa emerged from the sea it is a very old being that tends to keep to its self unless provoked into action.Baterra is able to regenerate from most injuries given enough time. Much like Rodan Baterra is very quick able to hang with Rodans speeds for a brief amount of time.
